Every couple of months, I get tired to listening to the same old music (I’m not much of a radio listener, so I’m not always up to date on new music), so I research spotify, search local music stations, and hop on to Pinterest for some new music suggestions. Starting Kayla Itsines’s Workout Plan

For as long as I can remember, I strive to be active. I love exercising. It makes me feel amazing, and of course more confident. Unfortunately, for as long as I can remember, I can’t really stay committed to workout plans. Pinterest is my life, and my Get Healthy board has the most pins in it, but nothing works for me.

I was scrolling through my Instagram feed about a week ago, and I stumbled across an account that has multiple pictures of women, doing the same workout, that has INCREDIBLE results. I was sold, so I tapped the follow button to Kayla Itsines account.

After researching for about a week, I was sold. I HAD to buy her plan. After researching blogs, many of them would take me to sites that sell them by cheaper prices. Those are scams. Kayla Itsines only sells from her official website. It’s a bit disappointing, but I was on board and ready to pay full price.

So I did. I started the plan this week, and I love it, I’m a bit sore though. I can’t wait to complete BBG 1.0 and show off my results.

A New Chapter


Growing up I’ve always thought that starting a blog would be super cool. Did I think that anything I had to say was worth reading? No. Did I have other blogs to read that were written by kids my age and relatable? No.

A couple months ago my dad got a job offer that’s going to be moving us 2 and a half hours away from my hometown. Luckily, I already know people, and the area we’re moving to is familiar, so it won’t be too hard to get settled.

With my life moving in a new direction, and I’m starting to mature, I decided it’s time to start the blog of my dreams. I’m still learning how to work around everything on this site, so it’s probably not going to look too pretty for a while, so please bear with me.

As stated on my about page, I have a goal to post weekly, writing about stuff that’s hopefully relatable to other teenagers like myself. I love health/fitness and fashion/beauty, so if you’re into that, stay tuned 🙂
